Delivery within South Africa

All Diamond Advisor deliveries within South African borders are executed using Fedex Couriers. For any stone over the value of R5,000, shipping is free. If there is a cost it will be calculated in accordance with the destination selected. Diamond Advisor will guarantee that your order is insured.

The estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days for all deliveries within South Africa. Parcels are delivered within these time frames and if for any reason there is a delay, you will be notified by your diamond advisor immediately. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will be notified via email of your waybill number for tracking purposes. This number will allow you to track/locate your parcel in transit until it reaches your chosen destination.

Orders over R450,000 are shipped via Brinks delivery service. Please email us info@diamondadvisor.com for further information.

International Delivery

All Diamond Advisor international deliveries are executed using Fedex International Priority®.

The estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days without any delays in customs but is also dependent on the destination point. Please contact your diamond advisor if you require more exact timings. Parcels are delivered within these time frames and if for any reason there is a delay, you will be notified by your diamond advisor immediately. Diamond Advisor will guarantee that your order is insured. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will be notified via email of your waybill number for tracking purposes. This number will allow you to track /locate your parcel in transit until it reaches your chosen destination.

Diamond Advisor does not include customs duties in their order price. You may be required to pay duties on your parcel upon arrival in your country. Please contact your local authorities / customs to confirm rates/taxes.

Our 30-day Return Policy

Diamond Advisor offers a 30-day money back guarantee which gives you time to make sure your purchase is perfect. If you need to return it for any reason, we will happily provide you with an exchange or full refund within 30 days of the item being shipped*.

You, the client will only pay for return shipping and insurance fees. Please note that to be eligible for return, items must be in their original purchase condition, include all product documentation and packaging, and shipped within 30 days of receipt. Please be sure to notify your diamond advisor immediately so that we are fully aware that you will be returning your item and why. Please provide your diamond advisor with the necessary tracking information so that we can monitor the delivery process.

*Please note that returns will not be accepted if any of the following applies:

  1. Item(s) shipped after 30 days of receipt
  2. Items that are damaged or defective after delivery.

Processing and shipment of an order will proceed only on Diamond Advisor having received confirmation of full payment for an order. Until such time as this confirmation is received, the item/s ordered may be purchased by another online shopper as they remain in the online available stock until payment is received. In this instance, if a particular item then becomes out of stock you will be notified by email within 2 working days. We are committed to sourcing any particular item for you if it is not available via our online catalogue.

Shipping will be made to the address/es as supplied by you the purchaser. This enables you to send gifts to several addresses under the same purchase order. You may also choose to send gifts anonymously.
